The sales associate was dismissive. The overall experience was not horrible but it could have definitely been better.

To think this was an outlet store I was surprised the prices were the same as online.

The sales clerk was very nice and . She showed and suggested beautiful charms that I can add to my bracelet. She recommend that beautiful bangle that I might get next visit. Customer service was great.

Limited selection and sizes on some of the merchandises. The store either sold out or doesn't sell the certain items. I'll have to look at another location and can be an inconvenience.

The store sale associates made sure everyone practiced social distance and the store was clean. The sale person that assisted me was very helpful. The line moved quickly.

I think for a outlet the price should be a bit lower and they were exactly at how I would pay at the regular store not a outlet

We were the first 2 customers and had to wait outside in the bitter cold for 10 minutes for them to open. They could of let us in. We were freezing and had to go to the next store to warm up.

dont like feeling confined not able to move around due to covid. i dont blame pandora.

I went to the pandora store at Woodbury Commons. Which was clean and tidy and had good customer service. But for it to be a outlet store, the price seemed kinda high, especially for things the claimed to already be discontinued. Overall a good experience, and got what I came there for.
