I love Pandora. I usually can go to the outlets to replace pieces that were lost or broken. I lost my favorite necklace and charm. I found out they're not available anywhere in Pandora in the U.S. I am saddened.

Love the quality of jewelry

I was not satisfied because the online prices were not honored in the store. Danielle stated someone prior to me came in and was under the assumption the online prices would’ve been honored as well and they were not. I was expecting to pay no more than $100 including tax but was charged $160 for 2 rings that were on sale for $40-$50 each. I feel it was false advertisement and she offered NO resolution.

There was a big sign of 30 to 50% off on the store window. However, none of the items that we looked were on sale, and nothing on sale items were offered. I felt been misled, even we still bought what we like.

The first time we went the women associate put all my small charms in a bag and then they were looking at me when I went to return them like I did something wrong, that’s how she gave them to me and she also told me they would fit my bracelet and they did not that’s why I returned them .. I know we were the last customers but we felt rushed. A

I’m a Pandora shopper for years and pandora cancelled my credit card I’ve never been late on a card payment it’s ridiculous the reasoning they had

They don't have half sizes & they are very pricey.
