The retail store is small and b/c of the pandemic it was not easy to move around. However I did feel safe and the store was clean.

There were only two spacers in the entire store. I was disappointed because I went to shop for spacers.

Due to covid, my daughter and I were unable to look at all the merchandise. We were forced to stay at one station. We could not browse. We had to specifically ask for things and they were brought to us.

Pandora bracelets are unable to be repaired or replaced after the 1 year warranty period. Therefore, it can only be replaced by full purchase.

I bought my items from Woodbury however the selection wasn’t really a lot to choose from and due to covid other stores are only doing CURBSIDE. So I cannot even go to my other Locations to look around and purchase. Guess I’ll have to wait it out. Other than that my experience was okay. Just wish they had more locations open to shop and more inventory.

Everything went well. I just felt rushed with the sales associate and when products I was asking for were not available she appeared to not take the time and offer other options and she packaged my purchase with an old piece of tissue paper. Just rushed
