Everyone was extremely helpful and kind! Always making my experience perfect! Growing up I never had anything from pandora, until I met my boyfriend! He brought me my first item from you guys, my ring🥰❤️ Later on I decided I wanted a bracelet and so I got it for myself! Never felt more happy 🥰 THANK YOU PANDORA

Nicole was so helpful and nice, she cleaned my jewelry for me for free and did an amazing job then she helped me purchase a nice pair of earrings. Even while helping me she was assisting her newer colleagues and telling them the services they provide for an item they didn’t have in the store but can still get for their customer. 10/10

The store associate, Jerelin that helped with the purchase was extremely friendly. My cousin and I went together and were extremely indecisive. We kept apologizing for going back and forth between the rings, but our associate ensured us that this was not an issue. She shared that it was actually fun for her too and helped us put pieces together to truly end up with rings that we loved endlessly. It was a fun experience and made me felt like I was there with my best friend. I ended up with 3 rings and my cousin with 2. 11/10 service and I have been a customer of Pandora for a while now. Best experience by far (not that it has ever been a bad one!!!)

It was fast. Reliable. I really enjoy coming into the store whenever I need jewelry.

There was a short wait outside the store but the sales associate controlling the line was very nice. The young lady who helped me was able to answer all my questions and knew about the charms I was looking for.
