Samantha and Eric were AMAZING!! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile and willingness to immediately serve us. I initially came in to exchange a broken bracelet, however since the customer service was so phenomenal I proceeded to purchase over $700 in merchandise. Samantha was knowledgeable and courteous. I was indecisive on what charms I wanted but she was able offer me suggestions that I loved and ultimately purchased. As we were about to leave the store Eric engaged in conversation with us and we came back and purchased another bracelet. Customer service is key and these associates are the BEST! I will definitely be back to this location in Woodbury Commons to purchase ALL of my Pandora merchandise.
