Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what I would need to purchase in the future to secure my bracelet . He also cleaned my bracelet. He was very professional.

This was a wonderful shopping experience for me. My sales rep, Nadia, was FANTASTIC...she helped me in out my selections; offered to reset the charms on my bracelet and make them "balanced." I was a little upset that I didn't have many styles to choose from (from the Rose Gold collection) to add to my current bracelet.

My sales person was awesome, I’ve been to this location a couple of time and simply love dealing with this sales person, he is very knowledgeable of the product, and know mine style
