I had an idea of what charms o was looking for, associate was very helpful to show me and I happily purchase the charm.

There was a deal in getting a bracelet with 2 clips and a charm. Perfect for a gift for my stepdaughter

Associate Eric very helpful. Quality of items excellent. In and out of store quickly.

Although we waited outside on line for a bit (just the reality of the store size compared to the number of potential customers) we were still excited to shop. Our sales associate met my level of excitement from the first hello. Eric was not robotic but personable, funny and listened to what I was saying. He made great suggestions as opposed to just trying to SELL me something to make a commission (not even sure they make commissions, just know that's not uncommon). He gave honest feedback and overall was very engaging... I don't live too far from this location and my husband and I have visited this store on more than one occasion (I just got my first bracelet last year) and although we've always received good customer service, Eric's interaction with us last night was on another level. The experience made me appreciate my new bracelet even more. Thank you Eric! I hope I'm spelling his name correctly. Bottom line, I will be back.

Store is too small everyone was crammed inside and not enough counter space to see merchandise

During this Holiday season, I was expecting the wait time to be much longer than it was. I did not wait outside to get inside very long and I was assisted shortly after getting inside. The sales associate was very helpful and my transaction was smooth.

El personal que me asistió fue muy amable así coMo el supervisor general de la tienda. A pesar de la barrera del idioma donde estuve visitando la tienda, me sentí muy bien atendida con cálida bienvenida y despedida. Recibí la milla extra con la asistencia en otra de las piezas de Pandora que incluso no estaba en mi programa durante la visita. Súper recomendable a mis familiares y amigos! Me encantan!!!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the product. He was very helpful and patient even told me what I needed for my pandora bracelet will return to store to work with him.
