The young lady that assisted me was very friendly. She had a lot of patience with me especially when I was very indecisive. I left happy with my items and looking forward to my next visit.

The courteous manner of the sales associates. The knowledge and help given to my wife and I while shopping for a certain kind of jewelry. The explanation and suggestions on several pieces of jewelry which were showcased to us by the sales associate was very helpful, in helping us make our choice! A very pleasant experience every time I come to this store!

I went to the store looking for new charms. My daughter wants to be an astronaut and to get a space charm was amazing!

I explained to the sales associate about an incident I had at another store where I was not able to return a product because it was pass the deadline due to the pandemic. He was trying his best to help me because he said i should have been allowed to return the product. At that time there was nothing he could do but i appreciated him trying to help.

The representatives Nadia was outstanding. She was extremely polite professional pleasant.I had an issue with a charm I order that I wanted engraved and instead of telling me what she could not do, she showed me what she could do. She volunteered yo help me with my engraved charm for my daughter that truly helped to make my daughter Bday gift special. I can say enough how nice and helpful Nadia wasto me. Please give her a promotion & raise!I don’t get to write a compliment often but Nadia truly deserves to be recognized !
