We love Pandora Woodbury. Sharon is amazing manager and associate.

So I came in to see if I can exchange my snake bracelet because it would constantly fall off and I had went to the Pandora in the Palisade Mall and they lady there was really rude and was like right when I walked in we can’t fix anything and I am like okay and was very upset because I love going into pandora and see what the different store have and it made me feel unwelcome so I decided to go to Pandora near home and Sharon was very helpful and she helped out.

Great service just that they moved slow. I had to wait like 15 mins for an associate to help me. No one acknowledged me at all but overall the associate that helped me made sure I was happy.

The sales associate was very informative about the merchandise. She was extremely nice. She went above and beyond to find the size I was looking for.

The store was extremely clean, and employees were busy cleaning the store during my visit. I had an amazing sales person who was the assistant manager, Jacquelyn, very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store, and she was a huge help!

Pandora jewelry has always seemed beautiful to me, the Harry Potter collection that I chose is delicate and very particular to the saga, I am fascinated by my purchase.
