I entered with the mindset of purchasing a pair of earrings ONLY and to see if I could have my already purchased items cleaned. Jacqueline made me feel comfortable and her personality made me think of and treat myself to a necklace & 2 charms.

Very organized. I called the store on the prior day and was told I would be able to do my return/exchange there. The ring size I needed was available in the store and the associate held it for me. I returned the original ring and was given the new ring wrapped beautifully in a Pandora bag. My husband and I were in and out of the store within 5 minutes. It was a great experience!

I have been a pandora member for years, The sales associate Danielle at Woodbury commons has been a delightful friend to our pandora family. She’s so knowledgeable on the merchandise, sweet and because she has known me for so long, she knew what would be perfect for me. She’s an excellent employee and pandora is so very lucky to have her.
