The sales associate Nadia made my experience perfect. I order items online and wasn’t what I wanted and was able to give me product I wanted hassle free she is kind helpful and a perfect example showing customer satisfaction

I came to store after checking at various Pandora store in New York City and a store rep recommended me to come to this store. I was looking for the Pandora Floating Locket. I was happy to find it here.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the sales associate was very warm and friendly. She was very helpful with my selection. It felt good to be to be pampered. I enjoyed my visit.

The lady was so nice and sweet she made sure my mom and I found everything we needed and she explained how to take care of my jewelry and what charms and clips I need to be safe with my bracelet

We had to wait in line, but we were Thanked by the employee for waiting. We were given hand sanitizer before we entered and when we left. The associate knew exactly what I wanted and got it in no time.
