The rep was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in creating my new bracelet. The store was clean and welcoming. The other sales rep were also friendly and willing to provide advice when asked. Very pleasant store to visit.

Eric our salesperson was amazing, he took time to explain things about the different bracelets, charms and accessories. He showed us what the charms looked like on the bracelet and how they looked together. He was simply amazing. Additionally the woman in front of the store was extremely helpful and kind while waiting to get in.

The sales associate was really knowledgeable, and super friendly, we went there for one charm and bought an extra one.

Customer service was excellent

Due to Covid all stores have a responsibility to protect their employees and customers. Pandora cleaned after every customer but also handed out sanitizer before and after store visit. I was very pleased with that.

We worked with Nicole. She was very kind and patient with my mom who really did not know what she wanted. Nicole asked my mom a few questions and got a good idea of my mom's taste. She bought out jewerly that my mom loved. My mom bought it all.

Easygoing very helpful staff

Eric the sales associate I had was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was also extremely friendly and helped me with my jewelry options. He made me want to come back and buy the whole store!

Danielle was amazing she helped me decided what I wanted with out pressure of buying. She knew exactly what I wanted and was amazingly sweet and kind. I had a wonderful experience and my boyfriend even said she was so nice he would have bought the whole store from her. Best employee I have ever encountered in Pandora. Thank you
