Excellent service friendly staff

As soon as I walked in the door. I stated my situation. The sales rep was magical she listened then she accomadated me then she showed me what I needed. She was an expert, and she she treated me very well. She told me what She would do as far as ordering me the correct safety clip. because the sales person before sold me the wrong one for my daughters bracelet. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Danielle was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. She cleaned my entire pandora collection ( I have a lot) and she packaged my items to help deter tarnishing. She also gave me tips on how to help keep up my rose and shine items. I couldn’t be more happy with my items and having her work with me!
