Staff was very friendly . Staff cleaned the area between customers They accomadate to what I needed .

The line process was very well handled. The new covid procedures were explained to me in clear language. The gal managing the front door was fantastic (long blonde hair, pink pandora mask), she made me feel like a valued customer and thanked everyone for their patience or shopping as they exited. My Sales rep Danielle was lovely! I was shopping for Disney charms and it was just very nice to chat and look at various merch.

The customer service was excellent and the manager was very nice to me when she told me she would exchange an item I bought at another store. When I told them that it looks to be big on my wrists.

I went into the store for a specific item. When I tried it on it wasn’t at all what I thought it would be. The associate had a recommendation and while I would never have picked it for myself, as soon as I tried it on I saw that it was perfect.

This location was good, I honestly don't remember the sales lady name but she had pink nails and was very helpful
