My experience was amazing. From the lady at the door with hand sanitizer doing crowd control at the outlet. The associate was never knowledgeable. I spent to much money but enjoyed my experience at Pandora.

The staff was amazing and the customer service was very spot on. They had everything I was looking for and were very quick. I enjoyed my shopping experience in this store.

The sales clerk overall personality, knowledge and professionalism did not go unnoticed. We were greeted courteously And treated as if no one else mattered.

Danielle at Woodbury Common outlet store is the MOST experienced sales associate we have come across ay any Pandora store - and we visited them all over the Americas and Europe. Knew the products, what works, what doesn't for someone. We had a problem with one previously bought item and she resolved it with no fuss or fluster. Great service.

Great selection and customer service however, the charms were expensive perhaps you will have sale.
