I had an issue with my old bracelet and they gave me a brand new one along with a charm that was stuck. I bought two charms while I was there and she placed my charms back in a nice order

Staff were sanitizing throughout my visit. Staff-were pleasant and patient

The staff was very friendly, they all used masks, they had sanitizer and followed the protocol, the prices are good and they have a good selection of items.
