Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Station was sanitized before we approached. The only issue was that the store was a tad bit on the warm side. Being that it was really hot out the air conditioning should had been better.

I love pandora i always have loved it everyone is always so friendly and welcoming at every store i been to i wish i could go there more often

Great Customer Service

When we arrived at pandora there was a lovely lady outside directing people in an out of the store she was so pleasant and helped make our wait time enjoyable with light conversation once we entered the store we saw all the employees cleaning and sanitizing their stations which was a huge plus for us! We were greeted by our personal sales associate who’s name was Danielle and she was absolutely awesome very helpful picking out exactly what I was looking for and set my bracelet up perfectly! Love pandora!

Due to new restrictions in stores, Pandora like every other store had to change how they run the store. Before entering a super friendly associate explained to me their new system and I was helped immediately. I had an idea of what I wanted and it was shown to me immediately I’ve never made such a quick purchase! I got a ring I’ve been eyeing online for almost half off!! Only regret was not taking more advantage of the great sales they offered here. Excellent staff!!!

This Pandora is my favorite to go to. All the sales staff is super knowledgeable on products in the store and are very friendly.

Sales associate was very accomadating

I came to the store trying to exchange a bracelet but it couldn’t be exchanged, my pandora assistant helped me choose a breaker that was highly reasonable in price and quality and she still maintained proper COVID protocol.
