My purchase was made by phone for a Last Chance item. Per the Pandora website, this store was the only one with this item in stock (NY city big apple). As I am living in SC at the time, I phoned the Pandora Woodbury and asked if it would be possible to purchase this charm and receive it via USPS. Nadia took my call and couldn't have been more helpful. She took the necessary information and was just so kind and helpful! Initially I was unsure about calling, thinking I was making an impossible request and Nadia was so kind and reassuring throughout the transaction!
