Katelyn was extremely helpful through this experience. My boyfriend had gifted me my first Pandora bracelet for Christmas, so it has a lot of growing to do. Before our visit to the store I only had one hanging charm. Katelyn explained that a bracelet with so few charms would do well with clips to hold them in place, didn't think of that before! I ended up waiting on buying those and she showed me all the charms that were on sale, going through all the trays and even showing some hidden trays when the primary sale section was crowded. I bought a single charm but can't wait to be back for another. So nice.
