Kate is amazing! She’s a fantastic sales person. She knows pandora and knows her customers. She fit me with the right wedding band and it was simple! She deserves a raise for the customer service I experienced and the other customers before me where I witnessed impeccable customer service as well. She was also paired with an awful sales woman. Very quiet, slow and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Thank god kate came to the rescue. We waited a long time for an associate. Pandora is a popular store so I would suggest have more than two sales associates at Woodbury Commons on a Sunday, guys. Come on.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and the Sales women came over to help immediately and helped me with what I wanted and she also knew what I was talking about as I explained to her a charm I was looking for. She let me know that that particular store didn’t have the charm but let me know I should check the outlets.

Associate was very helpful thru my entire experience. I had a damaged bracelet and was purchasing a new on, she offered to try and clean a charm that I had gotten paint on which I’m sure is not part of the regular cleaning they offer.

The items are really high quality and there are a ton of designs to choose from. The salesperson was really helpful and patient in general. Some charms were on sale which was great since they dan be quite pricey.

The store was well appointed and attended. The store has exactly what I was looking for as a gift. It was fantastic having the retired charms available, I do wish more retired charms would be available in the future.

I had purchased a few items earlier that day and I went back in the store to exchange a size for a ring. The exchange of size was so easy and no troubles at all. The manager was very friendly in fact I ended up purchasing three more rings!! I love Pandora and enjoy when promotions are available. My time to hit my wishlist! Thank you
