I have shopped in several different Pandoras. This was my first time in an outlet. JAQUELINE was SMILING, warm, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I was not sure what to buy as I was getting a gift for my niece. Jaqueline listened and offered several suggestions, helping to make the experience fun and quick. My husband and I left feeling confident with our purchase. That is not always the case when buying a gift for a teenage girl! Thank you very much!

I was highly satisfied simply due to the extremely high quality customer service by Jacquelyn O No. 165310. I visited Pandora with my mom, looking to buy her one simple Valentine's day gift from my brother and I and ended up buying way more than I was expecting all due to Jacquelyn's impeccable suggestions and personable salesperson skills. I ended up leaving with three rings instead of one and my mom is absolutely in love with her findings. She couldn't even wait until Valentine's Day to wear them! Jacquelyn has the ability to read her customers, listen to what they are looking for, and strategically deliver on-point suggestions based upon the information she has accumulated.
