When I arrived I was greeted with a lovely staff. Martha the one who attended me was very kind and helpful. They made the process of buying what I needed very simple and easy.

Ashley was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was visiting from Louisiana and plan to return to this location for future in store purchases.

I have never walked into the store at any time and not had great service. It's truly like employee's LOVE their jobs and their clients. And - they appear to be very proud of the type of merchandise they sell. NEVER pressured to buy. Love Pandor!

We always go to San Marcos Outlet for my birthday weekend, and always got something from Pandora every trip there! The place was not crowded when we went, and service is good, sales associates were really friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience every time at the Pandora outlet than some of the actual Pandora retail store at Houston, associates there are so rude and snobby sometimes.
