Typically have a good experience especially in Las Vegas, where the associates were friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products. I have had issues at the San Marcos store with sale associate attitudes, but still love the overall product thus continue to support Pandora.

Sale associate was so kind and friendly from the beginning. She took me through purchasing my bracelet and charms with ease. She was so patient and listened to what I wanted.

The customer service was excellent outside waiting in line. The staff was interactive while we waited which made the wait feel short. The knowledge and willingness to help was displayed bye all staff. The sale on the merchandise was excellent

Staff was courteous and attentive. Selection of products was enormous. Only reason I'm not going back to this particular store is I was on a out of town shopping trip.

Not a lot of selection, last year had a better sale
