The lady was very nice, as soon as I showed her the picture of what I wanted she got it out for me. I didn’t know my size so she sized me. Also she took out so many charms. I got 5 charms. Really happy

The store manager at the San Marcos outlet location is fabulous. The manager, Jamie, I believe, was so friendly. Myself and my friends and family felt very welcome and were treated well. Jamie is enthusiastic and really loves the brand and is a great brand ambassador. The pricing was explained and I was able to see whatever I asked about and was suggested other items that I might like and did in fact buy. I will be back, simply because of the great store manager on this date, May 23, 2020 at around 2:00 p.m. Stacy

We enjoyed shopping at pandora the young lady was very helpful & make you feel very comfortable. Also we love how they kept cleaning the glass & kept head count in store. With this virus going on they made you feel safe to go inside & shop. San Marcos Pandora in the Outlet mall keep up the awesome work. Most definitely will recommend everyone to shop there.
