I buy for my girl's bracelet and I like how I can reflect her personality into it. The wide variety of selections is a bonus. And, the enjoyment from her to each addition satisfies me.

Staff made it a point to make sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Jamie made sure that I knew the selection that I was making was the correct one. Jamie was very professional and courteous definately made me want to come back and shop at this location again.

The salesperson was kind and very helpful,the appearance of the store was neat and clean and no traffic to move around the store.

Great customer service Friendly Outgoing

Before visiting the store I had called for a retired necklace and the representative on the phone was very helpful in placing the necklace on hold for me. When arriving to the store I was immediately greeted and was asked if I needed any help, Alyssa M found the item I had placed on hold. She was very friendly and kind, she helped me find the matching ring of the new beginning necklace I was purchasing. Overall I had a wonderful experience at this store.

My fiance and I went in for a ring. We were greeted by Ali and Ashley with warm smiles. Ali helped me find the perfect ring in our price range. She did her absolute best to make sure we were happy. She even acknowledged him as a veteran which is always appreciated. We will highly recommend Pandora simply because those ladies were so amazing!
