First I want to give kudos to both stylists: Savannah and Ashley! I feel like Savannah may be new to the store and our new to the stock items, but her willingness to find things and suggest items were more than made me feel welcome and appreciate as a customer. Ashley deserves recognition because I'd called the previous week to see if a charm was in stock. When I went into the store she remembered me and the very charm I'd inquired about! Please make sure that both ladies recieve recognition in the best way you allow! (Points or charms or bonus, which ever is the way you reward employees) PS the employees at this store FAR outshine their counterparts and the store in San Antonio mall. At this location I always feel appreciated and its warm and inviting.

Management was extremely helpful and made my experience in the store amazing. Jamie, Lisa and Ashley were the best help I received all day.
