Miranda was amazing. She spent so much time with me and my fiance helping us change my bracelet to something i could wear on a daily basis.We were able to measure my wrist and test out a few charms and extenders so that I would have an easy transition since i didnt have my bracelet with me.

This was my first purchase ever with Pandora. So I was knew to the whole process of charms, clips and bangles. Alyssa was very helpful, patient and thorough with explaining and walking me through my first Pandora experience. I also let the store manager know that I was very pleased with her service before I left the store. It also helped that there was a dolphin charm for me to purchase. Now I am waiting on the Wonder Woman charm.

The associate knew exactly where the item was, told me about an additional sale, I purchases an additional item and saved extra!! Store is always spotless and the check out is quick, thank you!
