The staff was very welcoming and approachable. I very much liked how the staff gave their opinion on the jewelry and showed me that there was other jewelry to go with it. Lastly, the staff told me information regarding the jewelry I bought and said I had warranty on them.

The sales associate, Ashley, greeted us right away. We felt welcome to the store and did not feel rushed in choosing any item. Ashely was quite knowledgeable with the store's items and provided us good information and recommendation.

I am a highly satisfied customer due to a super friendly and patient salesperson by the name of Victoria C. She goes above and beyond to help me find the ring sizes I need for gifts. In addition, the store is always clean and easy to get around to shop. I live 4 hours away and look forward to visiting the store around every six weeks on my way to see my son at College Station.

The people are very helpful, and the merchandise is beautiful. I found exactly what I was looking for and more in a clean, friendly environment. I love the items Pandora sells and I am always impressed by the selection they offer.
