All the associates were lovely but Miranda helped up and she was very professional and nice.

I went in, looked around, had all of my questions answered, and then purchased a ring I was looking to buy. It was easy to do and easy to pick out. The sales staff was very helpful and answered all questions and let me try different sized rings on and made suggestions when the one I liked wasn't available in my size.

They were very kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my end purchase. The overall environment was very welcoming and at no time did I feel pressured.

The reason for going to the store is that my daughter bought me a ring but 2 months after my pearl on the ring came off. We were going to see if they could exchange it but was told we had to mail it in and do I decided to look around and found a beautiful ring. I will be back in two weeks. Your jewelry is beautiful.
