Had to move all around the shop to have little space to see the charms. Sometimes I was looking at the charms and an other associate would come and take them out to show them to their customer without saying nothing. This made my experience more difficult. Also, I wasn’t offered to see all the options. Actually my original budget was 300, and I only spent half bc getting so frustrated at the store

1. The sales rep kept talking to another rep while helping me, there for causing me to wait several times before I could ask anything. Focus was not entirely on me. That conversation could have waited. 2. No knowledge of prices or where to find. She had to search through different books each time.3. It was my very first time there so I cannot rate quality. Maybe next time. 4. All sales are final? What if it was a gift and someone got doubles or didn’t quite like that piece? A bit disappointed in that. 5. Not to many selections at all in the yellow gold color but the other’s so many to choose from.

When I put my credit card on the sensor to pay, they didn’t work…the legend says declined, I had to pay with other credit card and type the nip, then I went to another store and I could use my credit card without problem, I think was the sensor it’s not working…

The sales rep was fantastic! She did everything right, except at the time of paying, I forgot my Pandora Credit Card and when I had applied, they had told me that if I ever forgot it, they would be able to look it up, and it's not true. I missed out on using my credit with Pandora, getting interest free months due to purchasing more than $600 and was put in the spot. Thankfully I had the whole amount at hand but what is the purpose of getting credit with you guys if I wasn't able to use it and that's the reasons I felt comfortable getting as much as I did, or could have even gotten more, but that's an opportunity missed out from both ends.

I like pandora jewelry. I've been collecting for 9 years now. I just enjoy going to the store to select new charms an pandora pieces.

I go to the Outlet Pandora once a year for my birthday. So that's why I choose that answer. It's not because I'm not satisfied it's because I only go to this location once a year.

Not a big selection on necklaces. I bought. Necklace that broke after 1 month of purchase and it was not replaced because it was final sale. Bad quality necklace.
