Upon walking in the store I was greeted,But then it took about 10 minutes for someone to let me know how long it would be before I was next. Their was one sales person who completely ignored me and my husband altogether while shopping for an anniversary gift for me.

Alyssa was very nice and helpful, but the way she talks to her employees in front of other customers is not very professional. Besides that everything was fine!

Due to Covid even though the ban has been lifted it was an extremely long wait and only to associate inside the store they were available to help which made it very hot and inconvenienced yet they were very welcoming and helpful once you were inside looking for anything you may have wanted

I had a return of a broken earring post, I called the store 4 days straight at different times of the day and was not able to reach a sales associates on the phone. The store is very far from my home and I needed more time to make the exchange within my 30 days. I was very disappointed I couldn’t resolve this issue by phone.

It started as a very satisfied experience. I asked if they were any deals going on and they explained the 3 for $50 but didn’t have much in my size. I then asked if i could see any other rings that were my size and with an attitude the employee just said these. I wanted to see them but she would talk with an attitude and give me a price with a tone. I felt like she thought I was just wasting her time. I ended up trying some more expensive rings ( i mean higher in price) & she started speaking for nicely.

Michelle was great and very helpful. I appreciate her attentiveness despite the fact that the store was about to close. Other associates seem to be ready to leave but she focused on what we needed.

There was not much inventory to choose from as well as limited retired pieces. Sales associate forgot to add my $10 off coupon and could not return and purchase again, because I didn’t physically have my card in hand.

Everything was good but just felt the sales associates were rushing. I understand that there was a line outside and customers were waiting but they still need to take the time to help the customer on hand.
