the items we were looking for were too new to find at the outlet store. we would need to go to the pandora store at barton creek in austin tx for the items we were looking for.

On the retired trays the pricing were not marked down consistently.

I wish more associates were available in the morning. Only one employee was there and 3 people waiting. One of the charms I purchased was broken so I will need to exchange it.

I am satisfied

It took a while to complete my purchase because the associate did not not all the details of the ring. Other than that the store and the employees are really helpful when purchasing items.

A few items I was looking for was not available.. but it is an outlet. Seems some confusion checking out.. only one check out pad available.. long wait to check out.

The original ring I was wanting to purchase was not in stock, tells me they weren’t exactly prepared for Valentine’s Day and didn’t have enough product. Had to settle for same ring but different metal, still beautiful but the next day one of the small stones had already fallen off.

The outlet store did not have many charms on sale, sale selection was very slim. Many charms were full price just like the retail store.
