I have visited the San Marcos store two times. Both times I have had the same sales associate and she is absolutely amazing… So friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

I always felt like everyone had a charm bracelet except me. I decided that I would finally purchase one for myself. My family and I visited the San Marcos Outlets and I saw Pandora. I walked in and Ashley greeted me with a smile and a lovely welcome. I told her that I had never been to Pandora and had no idea how this charm-bracelet-thing worked. Ashley took me by the hand and guided me every step of the way. She was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my purchase. By the time we were finished, not only was I in love with my selection but Ashley and I bonded over motherhood. I purchased a bracelet, 2 little girl charms to represent my 2 beautiful daughters, and 2 gorgeous rose gold clips. It was an amazing experience. I am so glad I walked through those doors.

The sales associate was very kind and respectful As I explained to her what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating, bringing me several trays of charms to select from. After I picked out Chew of them she was kind of enough to not only put them on my bracelet for me but she also offered to clean my bracelet for me which it desperately needed! Thank you once again
