The prices are no showed to the customers so the sales asóciate give a price and in a few minutes change the price, of course to a higher price.

I was not satisfied with the pricing of the newer, not retired items. I was expecting a slight discount from the retail store.

Sales person was rude and not well informed about merchandise. Lack of sizes available. Prices not discounted as window signs indicated.

Because I want to clean my brazalete and the guy told me that it weekends can’t do the cleaning. But you should considerate having a person just for the job cuz it’s when must of people Can go to the store

there was less of a selection of the rings I wanted...although I am happy with my purchase! The sales people were great, especially Alyssa...but we were traveling thru San Marcos...from Chicago...so, no we won't be around there anytime soon. Did enjoy our purchases, though.

This is my third visit for gifts and no boxes available for bracelets. we were told they were "out of stock", the bracelet (a gift) was put into a small shabby sock-like bag. told to call back in store again for boxes but once again till out of stock. I purchased a graduation gift for my granddaughter but I'm so disappointed that after spending $162.37 this visit, still no gift box for bracelet. Also, each visit the sales person was very polite but very aggressive. This last visit I was shown a "bundle" straight away without having the option to look around the store. I actually saw something else that was a little more expensive but would have bought instead but unfortunately the transaction had been completed and sales person returned to back of the store. As I have already stated, very disappointed re boxes, which seems such a trivial $ amount to withhold from customers making a gift purchase, I would willingly have paid for it.

Dont understand why purchases can't be return /exchaned @ANY / ALL pandora stores/outlets eventhough prices are about same @ outlets & regular stores. 😏🙁
