I waited outside the store to open. I had purchased a few charms/spacers the night before and came back the next morning to purchase a few more. As they open the door another lady walked in and was helped promptly by an associate,which was nice. I walked in next, the other associate was in the back of the store looking at herself in the mirror and fixing her hair. I waited then she came to the front to help me. I asked for the same spacers I had bought the night before. She said we dont have those. I had seen more. I asked please ask someone. She did and I got two of them. I asked again for anything similar. She did not take the time to offer me any other choices and was ready with the ipad total. I had to tell her I am not done. I had to ask her that I needed someone else to help me. another nice lady came from the back and helped me. Day done bad bad associate not building a bigger sale. thank you..:)

Again with this same store, they have 4 to 5 types of mark down trays, but will only display the a few of the trays at a time. It seems like only when it's a convenient for them to display the $24.99 tray they put it out. If I was not a faithful shopper at this store I would not know about this tray of mark down charms.

overall i found two lovely rings at a very reasonable price. but i was slightly miffed that the ring sizes did not go past a size 9 (that only fits some of my fingers and is the reason i went to a high-profile jewelry store in the first place) and when i went to pay, the card reader wasn’t working at all and i ended up having to pay with cash. other than that i am completely satisfied.
