Unfortunately the items I liked were sale items but the size I needed were not available. Then no box was provided and I got a charm that is going to be used for a gift. So that's very inconvenient.

The pandora outlet offers items that are in the regular priced pandora stores too. The regular priced pnadora stores offered certain products 45% discounted which the outlet stores did not offer. I had to go through the inconvenience to orders those products online to get the better price instead of buying all my products in the pandora outlet store.

Maybe because it was the holiday season but the sale representative appeared a bit annoyed and not as helpful as they usually are. Not sure if I was allowed to view or consider all products that I had requested.

well the fisrt day I went I wait like 30 min because there were a client list and there were only 3 people helping in the store but I went back the next day to buy more charms and there were no list and there were more people helping and they asist me more quickly but there were no order I had to follow the asistens till they notice me
