The jewelry presentation and availability were the best. The assistance from the sales girl was the best. She had excellent suggestions and brought the product out to see immediately. Friendly faces throughout the store.

The main thing was the available sale associates were just standing and talking among each other... I was greeted but then I stood there for few minutes waiting for assistance. I had been there previous day and new more a less what I wanted..

I know it was a hectic week, but it very important that your sales girl treat people for how they look, because at the beginning the lady from the store assume that I was not going to buy anything.

The process the associates have to use for looking up prices is very time consuming. You could sell more merchandise by revising this manual lookup of each item in a book. I witnessed the loss of customers due to the long wait time.

Well I was unaware that since it was an outlet they would be a year behind with collections. In part my fault not necessarily with the store.
