It was near closing time and sales associate was rushing. When I asked to see charms she woukd take them out and give them to me in my hand instead of the tray. I had to ask her for a try as I would be purchasing 3 items. She seemed anxious to leave so I felt rushed.

When I entered the store only 1 associate was working on the floor and 2 other associates went to the back talking while there was 4 others that needed assistance including myself and my husband and we waited a good while till the only associate finished with each person she was helping instead of calling for help . Customer service was not that great. I will not return to this store I would much rather order online then having to deal with this issue again , very unprofessional.

I actually thought of reaching out when I got the email to complete the survey. I made a 30 min. trip to this Pandora to have my bracelet and charms cleaned. While I understand it's a courtesy, I definitely expected a professional job. The employee took literally, less than 5 minutes, to rub the bracelet over with a cleaning cloth. I specifically let her know my only reason for that trip was to have my bracelet cleaned. I mostly rated high in this survey because I like the quality of Pandora and I also happen to find pretty good sales in this trip and made purchases. BUT, I was very disappointing at the "cleaning." I made a way better job when I got back home that day. I just expected more than what I got as far as service. Just taking off the charms and properly, or actually doing enough to clean, made a huge difference. My cleaning cloth was super stained after; I could tell the lady at the store didn't even try. Again, Pandora having the good reputation that it has, had me thinking I would get a professional cleaning of my jewelry. Something better than what I could do at home.

There wasn’t a huge selection to choose from. The variety and the sales were much better last year.

went on an Monday evening and not too many customers there. took a while to be noticed. not enough sales reps. customers who came in the store after me were helped even after I asked for assistance.

I went to buy my sons girlfriend her Xmas gift and when I got on my car I fully inspected the ring I purchased for over $100 just to see it was missing stones on it!!! It really upset me that the sales associate didn’t take the time to inspect it. This isn’t the first time I have purchased rings and the stones tend to fall off the rings very easily which is so dissapointing for the “quality” they claim to sell!! I have had to replace my daughters ring twice now!!!!

The store was extremely busy but there was no way for the salesperson to know who was next. I spent several minutes waving my arms over my head to get someones attention in order to help me. Once the rush was over then I heard them telling people to sign in order to see who was next. I was not acknowledged when I can in the store nor ask to sign in. Once the salesperson help me she was able to find what I wanted but she left me several times to help an associate to resolve her problem and leaving me on my own.

I just think your team can have better customer service. Then somehow when you are busy, maybe take our number or provide us with a sign in or something....so we will know who's next. They really dont acknowledge you until you tell them your next
