Because it was 2 of us buying and the associate decided to charge us both in one account. And then she gave us only one bag although we asked her to give us our purchase in different bags. She refused to do it because it was just one account.

Went to San Marcos outlet twice in the last week. Awesome experience. Sales staff friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Also went to Barton Creek Mall Pandora several times. Opposite experience. Staff seems cold, indifferent and somewhat lazy, although Yvette is awesome. I started this survey thinking I was using the Barton Creek receipt and unable to back up. San Marcos store was actually fun because they took great care of my wife and that’s #1 for me.

The lady who was helping me was rude and when I told her the christmas tree charm is not the same that the wanted I pointed to see she said they are all 5he same(which they weren't) I had to tell her several times that wasn't it until she finally went and grabbed the one I wanted

I found a pair of smaller earrings online that I wanted went to this store and looked all over for them. Found the larger pair and asked the girl if she knew where the smaller pair We're? She said no that's it. Basically not answering my question and not knowing her merchandise. It was a large store I'm sure they had the ones I actually wanted but she close sentence said no they didn't. I didn't want to keep pestering or blatantly say in you don't know what you are talking about do you? In front to my shopping friends. So i bought the larger ones. And now i am having trouble with them staying closed which makes me even more irritated

I had purchased a ring in NYC and the stone fell out. I brought it to my closest Pandora to find that the ring was purchased over the year time limit for repair. I am sad that Pandora does not have in-house experts to repair your wonderful jewelry. I now must find someone to replace my CZ stone and pay for 3/4 of the original price of the ring.
