The system went down so the clerks could not look up prices or ring up customers. There was also a long wait for a person to help you.

IT WAS A PANDORA OUTLET PRICES WERE SAME AS IN STORE . I THOUGHT AN OUTLET STORE WAS SOPPOSED TO BE CHEAPER.DON'T THINK I WILL RETURN TO THIS STORE.

The payment system is quite obsolete. Ipads get discharged fast and I had to wait for another associate to get it right after two attempts on the Ipad system.

I bought six items 5 rings and a pair of earrings they were wrapped in tissue and the manager at the San Marcos outlets in Texas stated I couldn’t receive a bag for each item because they were not gift bags. They were low on bags because of Mother’s Day and could not gift them. They didn’t have any earring boxes nor ring boxes for the items I purchased.

First of all was not received at the store pleasantly. Second I had to ask for help twice and last the charm I chose had one price on the tag and in the book at the store and it scan for a higher price. When ask why is it higher they claim that the prices fluctuate and there is nothing they can do. Honestly I have never encounter a situation like this one. Every single time I get an item from Pandora I always pay what is advertise for. Worst customer service ever not only because of the price difference but the interaction with the 2 employees that were there.

The non- exchange, non- return exchange policy should have been explained /stated prior to the purchase. All times were at the discount or retired rate. 4 of the 7 items would have exchanged the following day Survey on the bottom of the receipt wasnt brought to the customer's attention. I made another large purchase without the $10 off, Wait time long to get assistance, hurrying my purchase due to a family member waiting for me. Selections were not available for viewing as several family members of another customer occupied the counterspace where the items were that were of interest. I believe Pandora should , minimally, issue a $10 credit on my account toward my 2nd day's purchase. The sales clerks were very helpful and helpful in expediting my purchase once they were able to assist. One associate cleaned my bracelet while the other assisted with the credit application and purchase. Again, at some point, the non-return, exchange policy should have been verbalized prior to the ourchase and the survey should have been promoted to have been utilized in the subsequent day's purchase. The store was highly understaffed for a holiday weekend advertised sale. The sales associates seemed to be bothered and put out when we asked for assistance and rudely said “well you will just need to wait”. If I had not traveled so far to visit the store I would have left. I did not take time to shop for the 5 brackets and charms I was planning to purchase since I felt for other patrons in the store and did not want to give the assistant my purchase

I had to ask for service and she referred me to another agent that was not experienced with the merchandise.

The salesperson wouldn't take the charms out so i could see them....she said she could. But another salesperson let a woman look and touch the charms....

Service was awful, wait time was awful. We stood in line outside the store for more than 40 minutes to just get int and wait another 40 minutes. Personnel was not helpful and definitely not in a hurry. Store manager is not capable of doing her job.
