I made my purchase at the Pandora Tanger Outlet store in San Marcos, Texas on July 31, 2022 at 6:21 pm. I was unsure of the size of the bracelet, but was told by the store employee that I could return the bracelet within 30 days with receipt. My girlfriend was shopping at another store so we were able to return by 6:45pm. The doors were already locked! The employee came to the doors and I told her that we needed to make the exchange and she told me that the store was closed and that she could not make the return since the register was already closed. I told the employee that we were there from out of town and that we need to make the exchange. She just replied with a "sorry." Pandora employee did not keep her word nor they do not honor the store's hours of operations. The survey title reads, "Pandora Listens." Lets see if this is true. I will be waiting for a response from this survey and or a resolution!!!

When I arrived at home, I opened the bag and noticed your associate didn't put all the charms I told her I wanted. I looked at the receipt and I wasn't charged for the missing charms. I have to keep calling until the answered the phone. They insinuated I was lying and told me I will have to pay $20.00 for the shipping. I live over 1 hour away from this store. They also refused to provide a box for a bracelet I bought in that purchase. Both Elisa and Martha have very poor customer service.

the associate assisting us, Michelle, was extremely rude to us and very dismissive throughout the entire interaction. She spoke in an extremely condescending tone until she realized we planned to spend almost $400 in the store. After that she seemed extremely inconvenienced with helping us find specific rings (we bought 7 birthstone rings, one for each woman in our family). The whole purchase was extremely uncomfortable and if we didnât need motherâs day gifts RIGHT then, I absolutely would have left the store. Near the end of our purchase, while we were waiting for our purchases to be put in boxes and bags (which we were first told to do ourselves??), another associate (white woman, dark blonde hair) told us to âMOVE out of the wayâ for HER customers even though we weâre in the process of speaking to our associate about what rings should go in which package. Overall awful visit and I wont be returning to the Pandora in San Marcos.

I purchased a ring, the associate had trouble with the ipad to complete the purchase I had to insert my card once and it was taking a while to process. She then asked me to reinsert my card. I was unsure if it would charge twice, which it did. I have 2 transactions on my debit card for $35.69

the sales representative doesn't take the time necessary to show the merchandise. she was rude went I told her I not going to buy the first item she showed to me because, i found that the free bangle I was looking for that store didn't have it. she was in a rush showing me the charms I want it, and gave me a free bangle that is 3 times the size of my wrist, I asked to please changed it to a small size her answer was, this is what u got and after that said bye to me. Do not appreciate that, I understand they are busy but, not reason to treat a customer like that.

Attentiveness of the sales agent to whom should be the next person to assists. A sign in sheet was provided but sales agent not following in order, have assisted the 3rd customer prior to me whom should be next in line.

Upon purchasing a desired product, I was told by store manager Martha that the credit card machines were down and the only form of payment was cash. Stated to her that I did not have cash and I would like to pay with card. Her rude response to me was âWell I donât know what to tell you, you can only pay with cash because thatâs the only thing weâre able to do, I donât know how long it will be before the credit card machine comes back up.â Martha was very rude in tone and was not able to properly accommodate for her customers to reassure them and myself that the machines will be up running. I am disappointed that I was treated this way by THE STORE MANAGER. After 10 minutes or so, the machines were running again I finally made my purchase and again, Martha was very unprofessional without even thanking me for the purchase, instead all she said was âhaha ok BYEâ in a very childish and rude way which I felt was very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location due to her poor customer service skills. Not a happy customer and I would like to be contacted by a proper member of management because I will not tolerate this unprofessional attitude that was displayed by Martha.
