Me cobraron un artículo de más de 75 usd y me dieron diferentes medidas de pulseras de las que pedí. Estoy de vacaciones en San Antonio por 3 días e hice un viaje especial para ir a la tienda de San Marcos y ahora tendré que regresar . Estoy muy enojada

Eran 4 personas atendiéndonos y no éramos muchos clientes y la atención fue muy lenta, algo groceras. Y realmente no nos ayudaban, el tiempo de espera de atención fue muy lento, llegue primero que otras personas y no me atendían. Para pagar, hice primero la fila y no me querían cobrar hasta cobrarle a personas que estaban después de mi.

I was at the Pandora outlet location and was looking at the tray that I was told by the associate that was all marked down. I picked out a charm and asked the price. She said it was $35. I asked what it had been originally and she responded $45 and that this charm was 30% off. 30% of $45 is $31.50. I also looked over her shoulder and saw in the book with the barcode that the regular price for this charm was $35. Also this charm was located in the tray that read $34.99 and under and $35 is over that amount. This associate is not honest and deceitful. I will not return if Pandora employees like this work there.

i walked in to this pandora store with my family, nobody greeted us. We sat on the corner for awhile.... theres was a male associate available did not offered to helped us. I picked the product that i liked without hesitating the price i bought it. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!

The sell associate was very rude and disrespectful. I told her I was there to purchase a bracelet for my mother in law. She immediately said we don't have anything for mother in laws. She made some other inappropriate comments to the point where we had to step outside. I just wanted to buy the bracelet and leave so I came back inside right after and she was laughing talking about me. When she noticed I was back she said: "Oh look she came back". She was sarcastic and disrespectful. Obviously she didn't want to sell. Her name is Pricila assoc number 154551.

I had purchased another like item at a different location. When I came to the location in San Marcos to return the item. I had to wait two hours...two hours just to get my refund in cash!!! Two hours just to wait for a refund and the weather was cold and again two hours!! That was not business like.
