Kai was the stylist helping me out. He took great care of me and his customer service skills are truly top tier. I wish every pandora stylist was like him. Thank you kai for the great customer service I’m very happy with my purchase and will be back to see him.

Kai was amazing

While in the mall I knew that I had to visit Pandora, but did not think that the store opened until 11:00am. To my surprise, while walking around another store, I noticed that Pandora was opened. I was the second customer in the store and greeted immediately by Saribel who advised it would be a few minutes. She was available to me within five (5) minutes.
