I was in looking for a birthday gift for my friend. I was helped by Kim, she was very friendly and patient with me throughout the process. She was respectful of my budget and helped me find a charm that I know my friend will love.

The sales associate that helped me during my visit was fairly new and reached out to more seasoned associates during my transaction. While she apologized for things she didn't know, I was more than willing to allow her to learn additional skills while interacting with me.

The sale associate I worked with was awesome. All the ladies working there were friendly. They had everything I needed and had many valuable suggestions.

The sales associate who helped us was so friendly and patient! I tried on several rings, needed to figure out my ring size, and shifted directions in terms of style a few times, and she never batted an eye. I was not planning to purchase anything that day, but I noticed she had a super pretty ring on that was in the case, which ultimately inspired me to get one, as well.
