Lexi at the cool springs location was so friendly and helpful. Made the process super easy and was not pushy. She was very patient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

Mrs Charlisa in the Franklin TN store was the best customer service rep I have ever had she was very patient, knowledgeable and caring made me feel very important she was a blessing she was a real MVP please let her know.

The sales associate was very friendly and excited to help me find a couple of charms to suit me. I am picky and put a lot of thought into my charms and bracelets. She was very patient with me and willing to take the time needed to work with me.
