My sales associate Charlise was very patient and friendly and helped me style my bracelet charms, she had knowledge and a great personality.

I was highly satisfied for many reasons. I was shown lots of different options and the service was amazing. I was able to connect with the person helping me and she even showed more options. I left the store with two items thanks to her wonderful assistance.

The overall experience was very pleasurable. The sales associates very nice. Charlise T worked with us and she was very knowledgeable, she was awesome! I will defiantly visit this store again.

Logan was my sales associate who helped me find everything I was looking for. I have a difficult ring size but she helped me figure out what would work best for me. Logan also helped me pick out the perfect pair of earrings to match the rest of my jewelry.

We were shopping for a charm and needing my charm bracelet cleaned. The associate restored my bracelet beautifully and was very friendly. We had not planned to purchase a chain necklace today in store and had planned to purchase elsewhere, however we decided to make the purchase of a chain necklace in this store based on the incredible customer service.

The lady that helped me out was very nice and friendly she makes u wanna purchase something plus I loved all her bracelets as well will be back

Only issue, and this wasn’t a huge issue....the top glass cases needed wiped down. A ton of smudge in a couple spots made it a tad hard to see merchandise. Over all, our amazing sales lady was fantastic. Pandora customer since 2014! :o}
