I live in Alabama and was in search of a specific charm. The associate Brooke fielded my call and let me know she had one in stock. I have significant health issues and was very concerned I wouldn’t be able to pick up the product in store due to Covid precautions that I’ve needed to take. Brooke made special arrangements to deliver the product curbside so I wouldn’t have to enter the mall. She was kind, courteous, and very professional. I’m impressed most with her service, and thank her efforts will have made mine and my wife’s Christmas special this year.

Elle was a pleasure from the minute I called , I live a hour away and I needed to get several Items, she assured me thats she would be more than happy to help me, when I got there she remembered my name, and helped me pick out all my Items, I will be back to this location just for the service, one of the best experiences, I have had at a Pandora.
