My associate Von was wonderful. I came in to get my bracelet cleaned, and she was pleasant the entire exchange. Her attitude even convinced me to buy two more pieces for my bracelet and a ring for my wife. 10/10 and would recommend.

Was greeted upon entering the store. Was looking for the newest Disney 100 charm and clerk knew what I was wanting. Very friendly associate asked about whether i had the other charm and bracelet for the collection

The young lady who serviced me was so nice and very helpful. I purchased a new bracelet for my birthday and yesterday wanted to add to it and the selection was great. I was really happy with my new charm.

Only 3 sales rep’s, long line outside of store, lengthy wait time. Store closed near me in Green Hills, long drive to store and then long wait time. My wife has 6 bracelets, so I either wait in line or die!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Felt extremely welcomed when I entered the store.
