Store Manager Ashley took care of us during this visit and she was great! Super friendly & energetic and very helpful. I had experienced some HORRIBLE customer service from Pandora Corporate over the phone and she more than made up for that. I wish she'd had more items in stock that I was looking for, but she promised another shipment would be in this week, so I'll be back to check in with her before the sale event ends. We have not always had great service from the staff at this location, so this was a wonderful experience and hopefully a sign of some changes being made and happier days ahead...

The sales representative very helpful in the sense of wanting to find the right necklace to fit my needs and not just trying to sell the most expensive. When I commented on her own necklace, she explained she it was Pandora. She said it was purchased a couple years back and they didn’t have it in stock. She did take the time to look it up and showed me that the item could be purchased online.
