She new exactly what I wanted with the very vague description I gave her. She was very knowledgeable on all questions that I asked. She had a smile on her face and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store.

My first bracelet purchased was made at the Greenhills store in Franklin Tn, I made the mistake of not trying On the bracelet and when I got home I realized the bracelet I purchased was not for me. The sales associates didn’t suggest to try it on for size or comfort. I called them and they said I had to return the braclet to there store which was about 75 miles away, that I would not be able to exchange it anywhere , only with them. I called the Murfreesboro store and they said I could exchange it there and were very helpful. This survey is for the Murfreesboro store

The sales associate Emily B. (No. 141980) was helping another group when I arrived. She smiled and greeted me. She was able to make me feel like I would be taken care of promptly while still giving the other group her best service and never rushing them. When she got to me she patiently helped me look for the right size in a ring I could not get online. When she could not locate in the tray she went to check the displays without me ever asking. It turned out to be the size I needed! I was never rushed and she gave me suggestions on what might look nice based on what she could tell my tastes were. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with her. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the experience for me!
